Items are in the store for 90 days. It is the consignor’s responsibility to keep track of the 90 days and make arrangements to either pick up expired items or request that we donate them. Items abandoned after one year will be donated.
No appointment necessary for drop-offs of small items.
Please email photos (or bring in photos on a phone or camera) of furniture that you would like to consign.
Checks are printed once monthly on the first of each month. Feel free to use your store credit during the month or wait for a check to be printed. Checks are only mailed to out-of-state addresses. Your check is available ONLY at the store you consigned your items.

You can check your activity DAILY if you’d like, see what sold and when, and see when you have money to pick up! If you don’t know how to use www.myresaleweb.com yet, stop or call to get your login information. This is an awesome tool for consignors!
